v0.3.0 released, VNyan 1.4.5 support and trigger-driven control

Jayo's  OBS Plugin v0.3.0 has been released!  This release adds support for VNyan 1.4.5, and also adds improved, trigger-driven operation to control OBS through VNyan triggers, rather than setting parameters.  This new approach makes full use of the VNyan value sockets system, and allows many of the same command to be sent every frame, where the old parameter-based approach only allowed for each operation to happen once per frame.

The previous behaviour of controlling OBS by setting VNyan parameters is now considered deprecated, and the functionality will be removed in a future release.  I encourage you to check out the new trigger-driven approach, I think you'll find it far more intuitive and easy to use!
