v0.1.2 Released! minor tracking endpoint fix

This update fixes an issue with slightly malformed addresses for tracking-data-related messages (specifically, the leading / was missing from these addresses) that caused VRChat to not interpret them correctly.

Calls to the tracker-related VNyan Triggers (including tracker positions and eye tracking values) should now work properly!
