v0.3.1 released, minor compatability update

this just updates the plugin to use VNyan's new plugin loader, making the .vnobj file unnecessary.
Not really a huge win for this plugin since there's an external MIDI library file that is needed anyways for this plugin, but yay for internal consistency between plugins!
